In the background, there's a kitten going berserk! This is Maestro's new pet, Shadow (named so because she likes to follow him everywhere). She's now 3 months old and full of beans.
She's discovered a toy mouse filled with catnip and has been busy tossing it around the floor and up into the bookshelves. Every time I hear a crash, I'm wondering where she is and is she going to knock over something precious.
I've been so distracted by her this morning. I grabbed the camera trying to get some closeups, but she either moves too quickly or is so absorbed by the sound of the lens focussing that she attacks the camera.
Well, I think I finally have some decent shots to show you. Now I can finally get back to what I was doing for the morning, lol!
