Green pea soup

We tried something new for lunch today, and it only took around 15 minutes to prepare: green pea soup.


Take 1/2 cup of frozen green peas and 1 cup of chicken stock (per person).
Cook through, then blitz quickly with the blender. Season to taste and serve in a mug. This was sweet, smooth deliciousness.

I think I would love that....not sure about the rest of my gang. They seem to prefer stuff that takes me a while to prepare :-)
