Yummy garlicy potato wedges

These are just SOOOoooo yummy, and so easy to make.
Mariposa quickly put this together for us for lunch this weekend.

Prepare a large baking tray by lining with baking paper.
Set oven to 200degC.

Allow two medium sized potatoes per person.
Cut into wedges and pop into a bowl.

Sprinkle over a tablespoon of plain flour
and 1/2 a teaspoon of garlic powder*.
Toss to coat wedges well.

(*Add a teaspoon of minced garlic if you don't have
garlic powder, as we did this time.)

Place wedges onto a baking tray, in a single layer.
Drizzle over some olive oil.

Bake for 30 mins.
Turn pieces over for even browning and cook another 30 mins.

Eat whilst hot, sprinkled with some salt,
and a dollop of sour cream and sweet chilli sauce if so inclined.

Enjoy!!
